The current regulations require a Periodic Inspection and Test Report of an installation at set intervals throughout its lifetime and are a necessary requirement for the safe and continued use of the installation.

We undertake a fully comprehensive service of Periodic Inspection and Testing of properties for domestic customers, landlords, tenants, insurance companies and general commercial and industrial clients to ensure that installations are first of all safe for continued use and no apparent dangers exist in its current state.

We provide full certification for each Periodic Inspection with a list of remedial actions that will be required. All inspection works are to the clients requirements and done with minimum disruption. All work identified is fully discussed with the client before any remedial actions are undertaken. All immediate causes for concern regarding safety issues will be brought to the customer’s attention immediately during the course of the inspection.
